CM Naveen Patnaik to Visit Titli-hit Areas in Ganjam, Gajapati Today

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today visit post Cyclone Titli-hit villages and interact with the affected families in Ganjam and Gajapati districts.

The Chief Minister will review the damages caused by the cyclone in Bhanjanagar of Ganjam and Baraghara area in Gajapati district.

As per sources, Naveen will leave Bhubaneswar at 10.30 am and arrive at Gangabada GP Heaquarters Helipad, Gajapatri District at 11.45 am.

The Chief Minister will talk to the affected families in Gajapati district and review the restoration works.

Then, he will review post cyclone restoration of Ganjam District in Bhanjanagar in the presence of district administration officials and local MLAs, sources added.

He has sanctioned Rs. 102 crore on Tuesday as the first installment of Gratuitous Relief fund for the cyclone Titli affected Gajapati, Rayagada and Ganjam districts.

Earlier, the Chief Minister had conducted an aerial survey of the situation in the flood-affected districts of Ganjam, Gajapati and Rayagada.
