GURUKUL AITA-OTA MENS 1 LAKH tennis tournament sponsored by Sports & Youth Services department,Govt. of Odisha concluded today(19.07.19) at Gurukul resorts tennis complex,Mendhasal,Bhubaneswar. This tournament started on Monday(15.07.19) .
All India rank 92 & seed no. 3 Ominder Baisoya from Haryana won the double crown by winning both singles & doubles title.
In singles final he defeated all India rank 89 & seed no. 1 Shubham Malhotra from Delhi by 7-5,6-4
In doubles final partnering with Maitreya Bhagat from Maharashtra defeated Ayush Sharma (RJ) & partner Mandeep Yadav (HR) by 6-4,6-4
In this tournament total no. of participants were 44 from 13 different states namely West Bengal,Tamil Nadu,Telangana,Andhra Pradesh,Maharashtra,Rajasthan,Chhattisgarh,Gujarat,Uttar Pradesh,Delhi,Haryana,Bihar and host Odisha.
Winner & runners up of singles will get 20 & 15 AITA ranking points along with a prize money of Rs 12500 & Rs 8400 respectively.
Doubles winner & runners up will get 15 & 10 AITA ranking points along with a prize money of Rs 6200 & Rs 3800 respectively.
