Actress-dancer Shobana has been active on social media since the lockdown. Recently, she urged people to bust lockdown blues and posted multiple dance videos to show how dance can be done in the midst of household chores.
She had also promised fans that she will revisit memories by sharing some of her old dance videos. While fans were keenly waiting for these, Shobana took to Instagram to share the news that her account was hacked. She added that her team is closely working with the police department to sort the issue. She also urged her followers to spread the message.
Shobana, who had been on a hiatus from acting, returned to the big screen with the recent Malayalam film Varane Aavasyamund. The feel-good family entertainer was directed by debutant Anoop Satyan, and featured Dulquer Salmaan, Suresh Gopi and Kalyani Priyadarshan. The film also saw actor-MP Suresh Gopi’s return to the big screen.
Shobana also runs a dance school in Chennai.
Earlier she had also taken to her social media handles to spread awareness on the importance of staying home. “Each and every one of us have the ability of saving our country. Stay inside the house and don’t go out in the coming days. Save the country that’s your mother land, stay at home. Covid is no longer a joke,” Shobana wrote taking to her Instagram handle.
